As I say often, Time is a precious resource. Once gone, gone forever. It never returns. It is a natural resource, but unlike earth's natural resource, it does not stop for anyone. It is imperative then that to be successful, you must be very careful with managing time. Everyone has 24 hours. Many people trade their time for money. Entrepreneurs use others time to increase theirs. Think. You have only 24 hours. But if you have 10 persons with 8 man hours per day, you will have 80 man hours from which you can do anything. And this does not include your time. You can distribute your time to guiding these 10 persons to create your vision. Since time is so precious, it should be managed effectively.
You can manage your time according to your need. For example, if you have a project, then you can make a project based time management technique. There are special software created just for helping project people complete their projects on time. There are different steps in completing a project. Some steps are independent, while others are dependent on other steps. All these steps are fed in the project management software and independent steps are finished accordingly. This planning makes use of resources efficiently and helps in completing the project on time.
Then there can be different lists that you make. You can have a list of things to do according to their priorities. Some things need to be done immediately. Others can wait and still others can be done at any time. Whatever you want to do, just write down. There comes a time when you are free and since you do not remember those work, you don't do it. Writing down such list will make you do those things. You can also have daily, weekly, monthly and annual review list where you list out what you try to seek and then follow up in your review what you are able to achieve and why you have not achieved what you wanted. This will make things clear and give you a motivation to do things.
