Make Notes Of Things You Want To Do

Time moves fast. It is a very limited entity. We are too busy doing our work. We want to do many things, but we are not able to do because we are too busy in regular work. There are small things which may have some good tangible effect, but you are not able to give it time. There is something you can do about it.

Take some time - say half an hour from your busy schedule. Not daily. Only once a week or month. Sit in a peaceful location. Keep a note book with you along with pen. Keep mobile out of reach. If mobile is there, keep your data off. Data is the most disturbing factor now a days. Sit still for about 10 minutes. Note the breath you take. Slow down your breathing rate. Take long breaths. After your mind is still, take the note book and pen. Begin writing the things that you want to do - personally as well as professionally.

You can write anything - right from wanting to eat at some favorite restaurant, to going to getaway location to going to native place. Yes. Make a list of these things. You want to meet some customers. Write it. You want to install some small machine or make that modification, write it. Make a list in quick time. Now put this list on your desk or in front of the space where you sit. Put it in such a place where you can see it. You will not believe it, but you will be able to complete most of the things on that list. This is the power of writing. And when you are done with each task, just cut that task. Only remaining tasks should be seen.

The feeling that you could do what you wanted is wonderful and you would believe that you can do what you want to do. You would become more adventurous with making the list next time.
